Bowling Green 95, Capital 74
(BOWLING GREEN, Ohio)--Capital University's men's basketball team got an early start to the season Wednesday as the Crusaders fell 95-74 to NCAA Division I Bowling Green State University in an exhibition game in Bowling Green, Ohio.
The Crusaders started strong holding a 20-9 lead with 10:40 left in the first half. With the score tied 30-30, the Falcons finished the first half on a 13-5 run and never looked back. Capital had four players in double figures led by junior Pat Stolly (Lima/Lima Central Catholic) who had 15 points.
The Crusaders start the season for real on Wednesday, Nov. 22 when they host Wittenberg University at 7 p.m. at The Capital Center.
