Well, two more weeks, then finals week and I will be back in good ole Hillsboro, Ohio. I can't believe this semester is almost finished. I ask myself, "Where has this time gone?" It's crazy to me. I had an awesome Thanksgiving break. I spent time with my Mom and some close friends. One of my best friends cooked her own Thanksgiving dinner and it was great. It's weird that we're growing up, slowly but surely. and I'm sure that once all of you hit college, if you haven't already yet, you'll feel the same way. It's just awesome to feel more and more independent.
My boyfriend and I also celebrated our one year anniversary the first day of break and that was an awesome day. We had a candlelite dinner (Olive Garden carryout, my favorite, but don't get me wrong, he can cook!) and for dessert we had pumpkin pie and with dessert came my promise ring! I was SO excited! That is a huge step and I'm so happy about it. That was definately the highlight of my break, besides getting to spend time with alot of people I have not seen in a long time.
I've been really really busy with homework and projects since it is the end of the semester. But I'm really proud of myself for not procrastinating this whole entire semester. I'm working in the admissions office, I have that internship, and 17 credit hours, I'm not complaining, but I am really proud of myself. Usually I would have already procrastinated, and I'd porbably have about ten assignments to do just htis week! So....GOOD FOR ME!
Well, I hope everyone had an awesome Thanksgiving break and is looking forward to a break in December!
Adios!
