I haven't stopped moving.

So as I said in my last blog, I had a part in a play, Jake's Women.

This week was the actual show, and it was amazing. It was so different from when I did plays in high school. But I think it was actually a lot more fun. Rehearsals were insane. Well, not insane, but intense. Every Monday through Thursday from the day we got back from break til about two weeks ago, we had rehearsal from 6:30 til about 8 or 8:30. Then starting two weeks ago, rehearsal lasted until somewhere between 9 and 10. Very hectic. Big huge time commitment.

It's been hard to concentrate in classes and everything too. I had some trouble getting my part down so for the last two weeks I've been freaking out about that.

But I think in the end, I got it.

I can finally breathe.

::sigh::

I'm not gonna know what to do with myself this week.  I'm gonna feel like I have so much extra free time.

Wow.

It's kind of strange that it's over.

We didn't rehearse for as long as my high school did for productions. But it was at such a higher level. The people in that show with me were all amazing.

But um...

I have a lot of Calc homework to catch up on.

And I have a band concert this Sunday. My first one on piccolo. Ahh! I'm so excited. I need to practice.

So I'm gonna get to that.

I don't wanna have to worry about that tomorrow.

24 is on for two hours.   :D

    Hey-

Saw your blog on the Cap homepage. Very cool. I'm really glad you enjoyed the project. I thought all of the students worked very hard. It was a project that took a lot of commitment- both time as you said but just as much personally. I respect the effort that you all make to balance your classes and the time and energy of our shows. Thanks for participating!!

Great job in the play!!! It was really good and thought-provoking. You did awesome. I hope you can continue to juggle everything around and still make time for something you obviously love, being on stage.

I'll second Clinton. I didn't even realize how long the play was, because it was so good!
