Capital University

Student Government

Capital's Student Government provides an excellent opportunity for you to take a leadership role on campus. Through teamwork and collaboration with various campus constituencies, the student representatives on S.G. work very hard to enhance Capital University for all those who call it home.

Student Government's mission is to serve as the chief liaison between the student body, administration, and faculty; to respond to the needs of the Capital community; and to remain actively engaged in the issues which affect Capital University.

From the creation of an online book exchange http://www.crusadercube.com/, to funding and sponsoring student organization activities, to conducting student surveys, to displaying multicultural art, Student Government works to serve the interests of every student.

"Student Government really has a positive influence on campus. I have enjoyed the opportunity to work with my peers and members from the faculty and administration to address student concerns. I think it is great that Capital provides such valuable leadership opportunities."
