Article Body: No really. Capital is located at 1 College and Main in Bexley, Ohio. This photo was taken outside of the Bexley Library on a rainy day as a few students were leaving Cup O' Joe, a locally owned coffee shop that's just a block from campus. Cup O' Joe is just visible across Main Street.
