A valid Capital University ID or Capital Center ID must be presented at the control desk upon entering the facility for access to the weight room, cardiovascular training area, indoor and outdoor tracks, field house and locker rooms.

Current Capital University student, faculty and staff ID cards are considered valid identification to gain access to the facility. Immediate family of faculty and staff, as well as alumni, special friends of Capital University and Bexley residents, must obtain a temporary pass at the control desk for a fee of $4. Faculty and staff must be present when their family members purchase an ID. Guests are not issued IDs.

Bexley residents must prove their residency with a driver's license, and with birth certificates for each child. Bexley residents are not permitted to bring guests.

The temporary ID must be taken to Information Technology (IT), which is located on the bottom floor of the Blackmore Library, within two weeks to obtain a permanent Capital Center ID card. IT will process requests for permanent IDs Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
