First-year student leaders wanted
The L.E.A.D. Program is an opportunity for you to connect with other strong leaders, build leadership skills, and enhance your resume. Students who are selected to participate in the program will participate in a retreat and team challenge ropes course, as well as weekly leadership workshops.
Selection in the L.E.A.D. program is based upon responses to the questions on the application. L.E.A.D. students will have the privilege of interacting with outstanding campus and community leaders, Capital alumni, and getting a jump-start on their student leadership experience.
