Announcements:

  • First-Year and Transfer applications are being accepted for the Fall 2009 and Spring 2010 semester.
  • Nursing transfer applications for Fall 2009 are being reviewed on a space available basis for the limited number of space in the transfer nursing class. Please contact the Admission Office for the current status of the nursing enrollment for Fall 2009.

Are you ready to make the move to Capital?  You're not alone - nearly 12% of our current first year students are transfer students.

If you're still exploring we can help you decide if Capital is right for you.  Our transfer equivalency guides are an easy way to evaluate your transfer credit eligibility.

Or if you're ready, go ahead and apply now .  Just make sure you're familiar with our transfer student admission requirements, and check out the next steps for transfers so you know what to expect.

Students who begin the process earlier will have a wider selection of courses to choose from when registering and will be housed in the order the deposits are received.

** Students are encouraged to deposit by May 1, but deposits will be accepted for students after that time as long as space is available. Deposits are refundable until May 1, 2009

*** Residence Life will accept housing applications after this date as long as housing is still available. Roommate requests are not guaranteed after this date.
