Sigh. Tuesday.

Oh, Tuesdays.

I know some people who really aren’t a big fan of the cliché ‘Monday’. I myself do not favor Mondays, but I find that they are at least somewhat enjoyable majority of the time. However, I am most definitely not a big fan of Tuesdays. And I really have no clue why. Hmm.

I just thought that needed to be said in case I sound tired. ?

Anyways. My weekend.

On Friday, some of the girls and I went up to Easton to get bed risers at Bed, Bath, and Beyond. It was a very interesting trip. We then went to get a Halloween costume for one of my friends, because she was going to a Greek Halloween party. I went to bed early that night because I had to get up early the next morning.

My Saturday started at 6:15 a.m. Yikes. I met with the admissions team and the rest of the student ambassadors on the cold morning in the admissions office to get ready for the day. I was tired for a bit, but was awake by the time the opening convocation rolled around. And let me tell you, it was weird! It was so freaky to think that I was one of those seniors looking back at the people in the purple shirts last year and now I AM one of those people in the purple shirts. (I would also like to point out that those purple shirts are made out of a really cool fabric, but they are SO COLD!) It was just a reality check to kind of say, ‘hey, you actually are in college.’ It was cool. And I was so glad to meet a lot of excited seniors getting ready for college! I was very pleased on how many people had already applied, and some were already accepted! It just felt good to share my love of Capital with others.

Later that day, I became depressed because I found out the Navy won. My poor Irish..

Sunday was definitely a day of rest for me. I relaxed all day, very satisfied with myself, as I really had no homework to do. I had done it all early. I find that a great satisfaction comes from knowing you have done all of your work.

OH and I VOTED today!!! I was super excited. My birthday is in January, so I couldn’t exactly vote last year. It was pretty exciting. Those electronic voting things are fun. Personally, I think everyone should vote, because it is a small way of making a difference. And its fun. :D

Let’s see…what else can I say..

I really don’t think I have much else to say…I need to go study.

Until next time!

Peace and Happiness,

PS. I think Marie Osmond needs to get kicked off of Dancing with the Stars. But that’s just my opinion.

Heather, by now you should really be used to your beloved Irish letting you down.

But all in all, a great first post. This is your first "first year blog," right?
