I hate exams. No, scratch that. I loathe exams. Nice use of vocabulary! Everything about the word “exam” makes me cringe and try and scamper in the opposite direction (and be happy you haven’t seen me scamper). They are time consuming, tedious, and no matter how much you cram, you always forget multiple choice question # 37 and get the second part of essay question #5 wrong. Always. There are positives though…oh wait, there aren’t.
Professors argue that finals are important, I say they rob me of my sleep, and I need my 12 hours of beauty sleep. So, why don’t I put my political science knowledge to the test and create a law barring exams for all! Tell me what you think about this:
A Bill
Proposed to the Congress of the United States of America
In Assembly
On December 4, 2007
To
Make the Forceful Taking of An Exam, or Test, A Federal Crime. This Crime Would Be Punishable By An Uninterrupted Stream of The Price is Right Hosted By Drew Carey. This Would Not Violate The Eighth Amendment, As It Is Only Cruel, Not Unusual.
I think it’s magnificent! So, send it to your congressman and senators, and better yet, your professors, and let them know the consequences of forcing me to learn what I need to know to be able to function in this world! If you’ll excuse me, I have to get back to my Public Policy, State & Local, and Religion finals….Stay classy :)
