With all that is going on around campus, Columbus, and the world, I’m taking a break and smelling the roses on this Valentine’s Day (no pun intended…oh what the hay, have a little pun, just not too much, obesity is on the rise in America). Cheesiness intended =D I’ve been working non-stop on many different projects, from papers on the “urban crisis” and persistent poverty, to Greek Sing (a showcase of the comical, musical talents of the social fraternities and sororities on campus), and finally the 10 year old that I am mentoring on the West side (who I took to COSI for his first time this past weekend), but today I plan on taking it easy. My girlfriend and I plan on having a relaxing movie night, where I’ll give her the giant stuffed ladybug (she’s in Chi Theta Pi, which has a ladybug as its mascot) I bought, and going to bed at a decent hour. Valentine’s Day is a great day to just pamper the one you care for and let them know that they mean sooooo much to you.
I also want to congratulate the newest Brothers of Kappa Sigma Upsilon, great choice fellas!
One of my good friends from high school and I are planning on a trip to see March Madness in Indy this spring.
And Dustin is working on his dating tactics, so there may still be hope ladies…or not…
Until later,
Stay Classy =D
P.S. Go Hillcat, fight for America!
