At Capital University, we accept and evaluate applications throughout the year for fall or spring enrollment. Send your application 9-12 months before your desired start date. (For fall semester, that's anywhere between September and December of the previous year.)
We will notify you of our decision two weeks after we receive your complete application, which consists of:
Complete your section first, then give the counselor information form to your guidance counselor with a stamped envelope addressed to:

- Transcripts - Ask your counselor to enclose your official high-school transcripts with the Counselor Information.
- Test Scores
For admission to Capital University, you must take either the ACT or SAT. Our ACT code number is 3242, and our SAT code number is 1099. Make sure you enter the appropriate code number on your test form(s) so we can receive your scores.

Note to Home-Schooled Students:
In lieu of the Counselor Information Form, please include three written recommendations: one from your instructor and two from non-relatives, such as:
- Pastors
- Advisors
- Supervisors from part-time jobs
