Turn Your Life Experience into College Credit at Capital
Have you ever wondered if you could earn credit for prior learning? You can.
The practice of awarding academic credit for learning in non-academic situations is known as Prior Learning Assessment. Since 1979, the faculty at Capital University has awarded college credit for experiential learning to hundreds of our students. Enrolled students can earn up to 30 hours of credit free of charge.
Learn more about turning your life experience into college-level credit at a free workshop at Capital on Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2008, 6-8 p.m. Capital faculty members will offer advice on how to prepare experiential learning portfolios.
