Jonathan Alexander's desire to help others was sparked by his own sense of accomplishment. Jon '07, who is now a marketing manager for one of the nation's largest retail chains, had to be convinced by his mom to stick out his first year at Cap. "I really didn't like Capital my first year. It was a tough adjustment. I was used to more diversity and for once I was the minority at the school, but my most memorable moment ever was walking across the stage at graduation. I was able to show my younger sister that anything is possible with hard work."
