Eligibility
Residents of the Capital University Apartments must have an academic standing at or above 60 credit hours (academic juniors and seniors) at the time of occupancy and a cumulative GPA of at least 2.750. Residents must have no record of serious (alcohol or substance abuse, vandalism, security violations, etc.) disciplinary violations between January 2006 and the date of application.
Current students must participate in the on-campus housing lottery. New students should complete the fall housing application or contact the Residence Life Office.

12 month - $7,800
