The Capital Gate
During orientation, all first-year students walk through the gate together to be greeted by parents, faculty, and staff welcoming them to Capital. Four years later, that same group of students return to walk out the gate as new alumni of the university.
It has been said... if a student walks out of the gates of Capital it is bad luck and they will never graduate. Also, if they walk through the gates with a significant other, they will someday get married!
