It's even better than Whitney expected, and she had high expectations. The comfy new couch, the mission-style dining room table and chairs, full kitchen, private bath, the dryer and high-efficiency washer – she has all the independence every college student craves, plus the security of living on campus.
She’s just a stone’s throw from class, the Library, her adviser, campus center, fitness center, the Cru Brew Café, concert halls, art gallery and everything else that makes college life vibrant and challenging, but always rewarding.
Whitney is a senior education major and the senior resident assistant for Capital University Apartments, Capital’s newest on-campus living option. Next weekend, 60 juniors and seniors will call it home, as the University welcomes new and returning students back to campus for the 2008-2009 academic year.
