Parking | Parking is available in the large parking lot south of Mound Street. The main entrance to the Capital Center is located on Mound Street. |
| Local Dining and Lodging | A number of restaurants are located within walking distance or a short drive of Capital's campus. In addtion numerous hotels are located within a short drive of CU. |
| Admissions | Spectators will be charged for admission. Adults $5 (2 day pass for $8). Non-OAC students $2. OAC students are free. |
Concessions | There will be a concession stand open in the main lobby of the Capital Center. |
Meet Entries | Meet entries will be done online. E-mail your entries to fbarends@capital.edu once you have downloaded the HY-TEK File for this meet. If you do not have HY-TEK Team Manager, you can download TM Lite from the HY-TEK webpage (HY-TEK TM). Entry Fee | No entry fee will be taken from individual schools. The OAC office will send the host institution a check for any expenses one month before the championship date. |

Results | Complete results will be compiled as quickly as possible after the completion of the races and available at the awards presentation. Realtime results will also be posted throughout the meet at http://www.capitalcrusaders.net/. (Realtime Scoring) |
