Capital University 5th Annual Leadership Conference: The Many Faces of Leadership
How many masks do you wear as a leader? As a leader, can you advocate for a just cause? Do you have the power to lead in adversity? Do you have the faith in yourself and others to lead effectively and successfully? The colors for the leadership conference are purple for justice, gold for power and green for faith. What do your colors say about your leadership?
The Leadership Conference will equip leaders and potential leaders with the knowledge and tools for grassroots change in their organizations and in their lives. You will have a phenomenal leadership and personal growth experience with effective strategies and skill training for coalition building. You will have access to premiere faculty and community leaders across campus and in the Columbus community. It will provide helpful resources and innovative tools used by other campus organizations. The leadership conference is an opportunity to connect and work with peer student leaders from across Ohio.
