Highlights

New Organizational Leadership Program at Capital UniversityCapital's New Organizational Leadership Program Works Around Your Schedule

Is completing your bachelor’s degree hindered by your work schedule? Capital now offers a Saturday program designed specifically to work within your schedule. The Organizational Leadership Program is a degree completion program for students with associate degrees and/or experiential learning. Its goal is to educate public safety employees for lives of reflective service, ethical leadership and social change. Students take courses that meet two Saturdays a month (9 a.m. to 6 p.m.) with an online component. This allows sufficient flexibility for public safety employees on rotating shifts to complete their degrees. Learn more about how you can get started.
