"We will be competing for our third straight OAC title. I am a part of a class that won the OAC title when it hadn't been done since 1989. I take pride in that and that makes me and the team work that much harder. We have a bull's eye on our back and everyone in the OAC is after us. We have high expectations for this season and nothing short of completing our goals will satisfy us."

"I have always been a leader. That is something that my father has instilled in me. By working hard on and off the field people will find out that there are no easy short cuts. If you work hard your hard work will pay off. That is something that I want our team to focus on. We have won two OAC titles but we need to work harder to defend our title and win a national championship."

"I will try and be part of something bigger. I am involved in organizations around campus but nothing in the community. I will work hard to prove that I am more than just an athlete and will show that volunteering pays off not only for the people you are helping but also yourself."

"As a senior getting ready to graduate, I look back at my four years at Capital and regret nothing. It is my goal to use everything I learned from Capital and transplant that into my life. I will have a successful career and enjoy my job. Most importantly I will give back to the sport that I have played since the age of four. I will strive to be a coach that will both develop skills and provide positive life long memories for every player, just like what I have received."
