As President of Candor Hill Solutions, LLC, (an entrepreneurial gardening firm) Ward leverages experience and expertise gained through a long and successful career in financial services and now enjoys the expanded role of consultant, trusted advisor and educator.
Prior to forming Candor Hill Solutions Ward enjoyed a successful career as a career “intrapreneur” in financial services where he had repositioned, restructured and operated seven different growth and turnaround businesses. The largest unit generated $12.5 million in annual operating income.
Ward currently serves as the Harold Squire Chair in Entrepreneurship and is an Executive Professor in Strategy and Finance for Capital University, Bexley, Ohio.
Ward received his Masters in Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Baldwin Wallace College.
