Dale Mittler, MBA, CPA, is a  Professor of Accounting in the School of Management and Leadership at Capital University in Columbus, Ohio.  He earned both his BA (major in accounting) and MBA from Capital University and is a Certified Public Accountant.  His teaching interests include financial and managerial accounting, auditing, and advanced accounting.  Professor Mittler is the fiduciary financial advisor for Capital University’s Student Government and serves as treasurer for Phi Beta Delta, an international honor society.  He holds professional memberships in the Institute of Management Accountants, the Ohio Society of CPAs, the American Institute of CPAs, the American Accounting Association, and the Institute of Certified Fraud Examiners.  In his spare time, he likes to read, walk his dog Samantha, and make attempts at growing vegetables.
