Capital University Christmas Festival Ticket Sale Begins Nov. 2

The Capital University Conservatory of Music will present Christmas Festival 2009: “There Shall A Star” Thursday, Dec. 3, through Sunday, Dec. 6.

The annual Christmas Festival, featuring Chapel Choir, Choral Union, the Women’s Chorus, The Chordsmen and a variety of instrumentalists, is a long-standing holiday tradition enjoyed by the university, its friends and the greater Columbus community.

All performances will be in Mees Hall on the following dates and times:

  • Thursday, Dec. 3 – 7:30 p.m.
  • Friday, Dec. 4 – 7:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, Dec. 5 – 7:30 p.m.
  • Sunday, Dec. 6 – 3:30 p.m.

As in the past, seats are reserved for all concerts. Tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for students and senior citizens (age 62 and older), plus a $2 handling fee per order. Orders will be processed beginning Nov. 2. Phone orders will not be accepted until Nov. 9. Please note, there are no ticket refunds or exchanges, and there is a limit of eight tickets per purchase.

Christmas Festival ticket sales will be handled through Capital’s box office, located in Mees Hall. Box office hours are 10 a.m.-2 p.m., Monday through Friday.
