COLUMBUS – Capital University will recognize seven with athletics awards including four new members of the Capital University Athletics Hall of Fame at a dinner following the first home football game of the fall on September 19.

Capital University senior forward Daniele Sanna was tabbed as a NCAA Division III Honorable Mention All-America selection by both the Women’s Basketball Coaches Association and D3hoops.com. Sanna becomes the 15th All-America selection in program history.

Capital University junior guard Kristen Richardson garnered Second Team All-Great Lake Region honors from D3hoops.com following voting conducted amongst the Sports Information Directors in the Great Lakes Region.

AUSTINTOWN, Ohio – Junior Kristen Richardson was selected to the Ohio Athletic Conference All-Academic Team on Tuesday following voting conducted amongst the OAC’s faculty athletics representatives.
