SPRINGFIELD, Ohio – The Capital women’s golf team finished off its 2009 fall season by placing 14th at the Pat Clouse Invitational hosted by Wittenberg University at Windy Knolls G.C. on Saturday and Sunday.

PATASKALA, Ohio – The Capital University women’s golf team made a 14-stroke improvement from the first round to the second to finish in 11th place out of 12 teams at the Auld Crafters Kisor Classic hosted by Ohio Dominican University at Cumberland Trail GC on Friday and Saturday.

CANAL WINCHESTER, Ohio – Host Capital finished second out of six women’s golf teams at its own CU Fall Classic on Sunday at Westchester G.C.

CHESTERLAND, Ohio – The Capital women’s golf team was led once again by its youth as it placed eighth out of nine teams at the John Carroll Fall Invitational hosted at Fowler’s Mill Golf Course on Saturday and Sunday.

COLUMBIA STATION, Ohio – The Capital women’s golf team took to the course for the first time on Sunday in the final round of the 2009 Yellow Jacket Invitational hosted by Baldwin-Wallace College at Creekwood Golf Course. CU competed only on Sunday and did not earn a team score.

AUSTINTOWN, Ohio – Senior women’s golfer Emily Fothergill earned All-OAC Second Team honors on Tuesday following voting conducted amongst the conference’s nine head coaches.
