Application for International Students

International applicants for graduate programs can browse all of Capital's application forms.

Applicants to the Center for Lifelong Learning (CLL), Nursing Accellerated Program (C-NAP), and any graduate level program may need the following forms in addition to the program application:

• Affidavit of Support (is you are using another person's bank statements to get an I-20)
• Transfer Form (if you are already studying at another school in the U.S.)

To apply, follow the detailed directions on the application form. You will need to send the following items:

1. Undergraduate Application Form
2. OFFICIAL external examination results
   
3. OFFICIAL records/transcripts from all high school and university study
4. OFFICIAL TOEFL or IELTS score report (SAT or ACT for native English speakers)
   
5. One Letter of Recommendation
6. One Personal Statement
7. Proof of funds to study (F-1 visa students only) (current bank statements and affidavit from sponsor)
8. Photocopy of passport identification page

2. OFFICIAL records/transcripts from high school or university
   
3. Proof of funds to study (F-1 visa students only) (current bank statements and affidavit from sponsor)
4. Photocopy of passport indentification page
   

In addition to all other required application materials, students who are transferring to Capital University from another U.S. institution must work with their international student advisor to complete and send Capital's International Transfer Form.
