When You Can't Make it to Meals
We know there will be times when you simply can't come to eat in the Capital Court or the Cru Club. Perhaps you're not feeling well or have an academic commitment. In any case, we won't let you go hungry. Just stop by the dining services office or call us at ext. 7100. We'll be happy to arrange a box lunch for you.
Accommodations for Students with Disabilities
Our dining services staff is here to make sure you have a comfortable, non-stressful dining experience. If you need help getting your meal, carrying your tray or locating an item that you want, please let our cashier know. He or she will be happy to give you a hand.

As a Capital student, you get lots of fresh, tasty menu options on a daily basis. But as good as our regular meals are, a little fun and novelty never hurts. So mark your calendar for our:
Theme Meals
Once a month, we prepare special Theme Meals for your enjoyment. In the past, we have done:
- Thanksgiving Dinner (including chef-carved turkey)
- Retro Week (featuring entreés, outfits, and décor from the past five decades)
- Halloween "Ghouling" Fun
- Carnival Dinner (with carnival-style games)
Exhibition Cooking Events
It's part entertainment, part dining experience. Every month, our chefs will dazzle you by cooking made-to-order, exhibition-style dishes, such as:
- Pastas
- Sizzling Fajitas
- Bananas Foster and other flaming desserts
