Meet the Chef: Scott Rattan
With more than 27 years of culinary experience in contract dining services, upscale catering operations, restaurants and hotels, Executive Chef Scott is a highly respected member of the Parkhurst family. He has worked in all areas of the kitchen, including prep and pastry, and is certified in restaurant management, nutrition and sanitation.
Scott started his culinary career as a line cook for Jimmy Dean Restaurants. In 1998, he was certified as a Chef de Cuisine through the American Culinary Federation in conjunction with the Culinary Institute of America. After that, he served as Executive Chef at the Marriott Northwest and Executive Corporate Chef for Abercrombie & Fitch.
Scott credits most of his executive culinary skills to his experience with the renowned 55 Restaurant Group.
