Capital University

Instrumental Emphasis

Capital University established this program in 2006.  The first graduates received their degrees in August 2008.

A practical approach to an advanced degree, this three-summer program has been carefully designed to meet the educational needs of instrumental music teachers.

Housing:  Graduate students are housed in Capital's newest residence hall - College Ave. Residence.  The hall is designed in suite style with each suite having a living room and kitchen area complete with a refridgerator and microwave and different combinations of double and single rooms.  Cost for summer 2008 was $200 per week.  No linens or food included.
