Student loans are serious financial obligations. It is extremely important that you understand the conditions of your loan before accepting the funds.
The federal government requires schools to provide the student with the information regarding their rights and responsibilities as a student loan borrower, and the student must acknowledge receiving and understanding the information before any disbursement of loan funds can be made to the student.
You must complete an Entrance Interview online to receive your loan funds.
Exit Interviews Are Required
Exit interviews are required when you...
- Withdraw from classes
- Drop below half-time
- Graduate

The federal government requires Capital to provide you with information to help you understand fully your rights and obligations when you go into repayment on Stafford educational loans.
You must complete a Stafford Exit Interview:
- If you have withdrawn from all classes at Capital University
- If you have dropped below half-time status at Capital University
- If you are graduating from Capital University
