    • Biography

      Jeff began working in the entertainment industry at age 14 and has described his experience as being "blessed to work in many areas, with great people, and with students and colleagues who continue to challenge me."

      He designs lighting, scenery, and provides consulting for technical and architectural projects for both University and professional projects. His research interests include the study of technical production history, theatrical architecture, project management, pedagogical development for entertainment technology, and youth sports coaching.

      Jeff consistently writes for the USITT journal TD&P as well as their monthly periodical SIGHTLINES and was awarded the Greggs Award from USITT for outstanding writing for his article, PUSHING BACK THE DARKNESS: The Entertainment Industry at Ground Zero on 9/11. He also facilitates an international theater architecture design competition as a national Vice-Commissioner for USITT's Architecture Commission.
