The CapFit fitness program is launching for fall semester, and Capital University faculty and staff are invited to sign up today for this free fitness assessment and workout plan offered by Capital's Department of Health and Sport Sciences.
CapFit offers Capital employees the opportunity to take part in a personalized fitness program, which includes a personal fitness assessment, individual exercise prescriptions, and the option to request student trainers for assistance and guidance during workouts.
New and returning CapFit participants are encouraged to email teaching assistant Lauren Clark at email@example.com to start their fitness plans as early as Monday, October 1. All workouts must be scheduled to take place between noon and 1 pm Monday through Friday unless other arrangements are made.
New members must complete the CapFit application and questionnaire (.doc) and schedule an appointment with Lauren Clark. A physician’s signature for clearance is required. Fitness testing will begin Monday, October 8. Contact Justin Dials, firstname.lastname@example.org, for more information.
