    2011: Consistently finished among the top 4-5 runners on the team throughout the season … finished with a season-best 21:55.09 at the All-Ohio Championships on Sept. 30 … placed just outside of the top 100 in 102nd at the OAC Championships on Oct. 29 with a time of 26:32.3 in the 6K race

    2010 (Sophomore): Enjoyed a strong season that saw her improve though out the season…Ran a season-best time of 22:02 at the Wilmington Classic (10/15)…Earned a place on Capital’s varsity squad and ran a 27:04 (on a 6-kilometer course) to finish 103rd in the conference at the OAC Championships (10/30)…Ran a 22:03 to lead the women’s open runners at the All-Ohio Championships (10/1)…Broke the 23-minute barrier for the first time by running a 22:51 at the Cardinal Invitational…Started the year by running a 23:49 at the GLCA Championships (9/11).

    2009 (Freshman): Ran a 22:17 at the Friendship Invitational…Was Capital’s top runner at the All Ohio Championships and finished 82nd among Ohio Division III runners with her time of 22:10.

    Prep: Tallied four letters in track and three more in cross country...Was district champion in track her junior season.

    Personal: Majoring in Professional/Creative Writing with the goal of becoming an author someday…Parents are Phillip and Sue Muntean…attended Boardman High School where she participated in cross country and track…favorite TV show is True Blood.
