Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grants are need-based aid awarded to students with high financial need. This limited grant funding is provided by the US Department of Education and is to be awarded to "students with the highest need". At Capital, SEOG funds are awarded on a first-come-first-served basis and available to certain students based on Expected Family Contribution, as determined by the FAFSA.
