Graduation and Transcripts

Graduation

As you register for the term preceding your graduation date, you must complete the #7 Graduation Form found in the middle of the course schedule booklet and return it to the Registration Office.

Students needing a form may contact the Graduate Education Office at Capital, or call 1-800-259-8710, extension #6 and leave the address where the form should be sent, or visit the University of Dayton's Registrar page
for the online #7G form.
