    • Biography

      Nick Barnaby holds Bachelor’s Degrees in Music Education and Double Bass Performance from the Wanda L. Bass School of Music at Oklahoma City University and a Master’s Degree in String Bass Performance from the School of Music at Texas Christian University. He actively performs, composes, arranges, teaches, and gives clinics and masterclasses for double bass and orchestra students across the United States. Additionally, Mr. Barnaby works with the International Society of Bassists, collaborating with internationally renowned classical and jazz bassists (including Gary Karr and Victor Wooten). He spends his summers as a counselor at the OCU Summer String Bass Camp, working at ISB conventions, and traveling.
