  • Open Enrollment: Begins October 30th and Ends November 14th!

    Capital University’s annual Open Enrollment provides you with your once-a-year opportunity to change plans, add or drop eligible dependents from coverage, and re-elect a Flexible Spending Account.  Changes to your medical, dental, and flexible spending accounts can be made online using WebAdvisor. Once you have logged in, click on "Employees" and then "Benefit Enrollment" to begin the enrollment process. Changes to all other benefits must be made by completing a paper enrollment/changes form which may be obtained by attending the Benefit Fairs, using the enrollment forms through the links below, or stopping by the Human Resources Office. 

    If you do not enroll by November 14, 2014, your benefit elections from 2014 will roll over automatically,except for the Flexible Spending Accounts. 

    Two Benefit Fairs will be held where Capital University’s Benefit Partners will be present to answer questions that you may have regarding your medical, dental, life, long-term care, or flexible spending benefits.
