BSN-Completion Admission Requirements

Admission Requirements for Capital's BSN-Completion Program  

To be accepted to this program, you must have:

• An associate degree or diploma from a nationally accredited nursing program
• A current Ohio nursing license

We welcome nurses from other countries who have earned licensure in the state of Ohio.

The Application Process
You will need to submit:

• A completed application form (PDF)
• A completed recommendation form (PDF)
• Transcripts from all post-secondary programs you've attended (transcripts have to have been issued within the previous year)
• A $25 application fee
