An investment in Capital University's Capital Fund isn't just measured in dividends and tax breaks, or even in new lab equipment, computers, or scholarships. The true measure of a Capital Fund investment is the long-term success of our graduates, and the real human success stories that have lasting impact on our community, and on you.
Give a gift today, and it will come back around to benefit you in ways that you may never have expected. A year from now or a decade from now. Like in the top-notch Capital professor we'll be able to recruit who will inspire your nephew to pursue his dream; or in the woman who will receive the aid she needs to become a nurse practitioner at a local hospital and then gives you the care you'll need after an unexpected operation.
Your commitment makes meaningful human connections – resulting in real human success stories that have lasting impact on our community, and on you.
Give a gift to the Capital Fund and help us create these real human success stories. And help future members of the Cap Family explore how they can – and will – have a lasting effect on their world. And yours.
Make a Gift Matching Gifts
Gifts made to the Capital Fund qualify our donors for membership in one of seven giving clubs or societies that will grant you a few benefits as a small token of our appreciation for your continued support.
The Capital University’s Crusader Line contacts an average of 20,000 alumni every year. Twenty-six student employees call to provide updates about events around campus, to update alumni records and to solicit gifts for the Capital Fund. This fiscal year, the Phon-a-thon has raised over $200,000 in addition to contacting members of the Heritage Society and personally thanking alumni who have provided support to the university. Crusader Line callers place calls to alumni from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday of each week while students are on campus. The students really enjoy the time they spend on the phone and several have developed friendships that last after they graduate. Have you heard from a member of the Crusader Line this year?
