Capital University's Safety Bulletin recently was updated with a campus safety notice regarding an individual who may be targeting area college campuses.
Police departments at colleges and universities in the Central Ohio area have been informed that Michael Moses Tarpeh (pictured at right), who is believed dangerous, may be in Columbus and targeting campus areas.
Tarpeh, who is known as "Bigggggg Mike" Tarpeh and by the alias Michael Moses Boadi, is wanted by the Morgantown, Va., Police Department on charges of aggravated assault and attempted sexual assault. He also is wanted by the Massachusetts State Police in connection with an armed carjacking, robbery and assault and battery of a motorist. Additional warrants are pending with the University of Connecticut Police Department, according to police.
Tarpeh is described as 23 years old, 6 feet tall and 280 pounds.
