Capital University has laptop carts, equipped with 15 laptops each, available for use by main campus faculty and staff. Each mobile cart is a portable computer classroom and is intended for academic purposes only. Laptop carts are not intended to replace lab classrooms, but to provide flexibility when a lab environment is not available or appropriate. Carts are stored in specific buildings and cannot be moved outdoors or between buildings. Before requesting a laptop cart for your class, you should review the laptop cart policy to understand your role and responsibility for the carts. The policy also lists the available carts and the standard software installed on each machine. If your class has fewer than 4 students, please contact us for alternative arrangements.
