We will display a variety of whole, made-from-scratch, fresh-dough pizzas and serve them by the slice. Whether you like sausage, veggies, chicken or just plain cheese on your pizza, you’ll find our pizzas are outstanding.

Our philosophy is to dramatically merchandize our salad bars with “ingredient themes” using whole fruits and vegetables as a backdrop. When in season, organic and locally grown fruits and vegetables are purchased from nearby farms. We live by our motto which is “the secret to a great salad bar is high-quality, fresh ingredients.” Fresh-made dressing will top your salad selections, making this a great side dish, or a main course in itself. On all of our salad bars, we provide sesame, olive and walnut oils, along with balsamic, rice and wine vinegars. Daily, we offer fresh, homemade breads to complement any salad, along with a fresh fruit and grains bar.

    /uploadedImages/Capital/Current_Students/Student_Life/Dining_on_Campus/Content/mongobongo26430.gif
Mongo Bongos brings together the four famous tenets of Asian food preparation: Color, fragrance, completeness and taste. Mongo Bongos brings these together to ensure that all students at the Campus Center Dining Room have an authentic dining experience. At this culinary portal, our guests will select from delectable choices such as shrimp, chicken, pork, vegetables of all kinds, and savory sauces. Then the chef will prepare the unique blend of ingredients. The result is a fresh, savory combination prepared to-order.

Starting with nothing but the freshest ingredients, our delis are all about satisfaction, offering freshly roasted chicken breast and turkey, along with a variety of other meats, including baked ham, roast beef, salami and bologna. Our guests will love our freshly made tuna, chicken and egg salads. Add a variety of cheeses along with a wrap, roll or breads – whole wheat, nine grain, sourdough, rye, or pumpernickel, and we will build you a great sandwich.

Whether they want a fresh hand-pressed cheeseburger or a fresh hand-breaded fish filet sandwich, our grill never disappoints our guests. At lunch and dinner, you’ll find favorites like our veggie burger, grilled chicken breast, or a grilled cheese with tomato and pesto. Each day, we’ll offer a “special” grilled or fried selection as a surprise for our guests. At The Grille, food is always prepared fresh. You can be assured that our grilled items have not been sitting “on the line.” Our chefs make sure your grilled items are exactly to your liking!
