Faculty should complete this form when you have a research project that will require more than one hour of a librarian’s time to complete. It should be used for all research requests, course development or assignment development activities.

Once we receive your request, a librarian will be assigned to the project and will contact you for a meeting or discussion to refine the requirements, discuss a format for delivery and discuss the timeframe for the project.

This form allows the Library Administration to assign tasks to Librarians so that we can ensure your request is completed in an efficient, effective and timely manner.
