Technical Support

The Information Technology Service Desk is located in the lower level of Blackmore Library and provides technical support Capital University faculty, staff and students.

Need technical support? Contact the IT Service Desk at 614-236-6508 or servicedesk@capital.edu. Walk-ups are welcome during normal business hours in the basement of the Blackmore Library.

Before contacting the Service Desk, please be prepared to give your name, Capital ID number (if applicable), university affiliation, your department name (if applicable), and your office and/or personal telephone number

Hours of Operation

Monday - Thursday 7:45 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Friday 7:45 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Hours subject to change during Summer Semester, holidays and special events.
