L.E.A.D. Program Application
  • The L.E.A.D. Program is an opportunity for first year students to connect with other strong leaders, build leadership skills, and enhance your resume. For those students who are selected to participate, this program will include a retreat with team challenge ropes course as well as weekly leadership workshops. Participants will have the privilege of interacting with outstanding campus and community leaders, Capital alumni, and getting a jump-start on student leadership experience.

Students will be selected for the L.E.A.D. program based upon their responses to the questions on this application. We are looking something that makes you standout from the rest of the incoming first year students. The best responses are ones that are original, insightful, and thoughtful as we only accept 25 students into the program per semester. Acceptance will be based on completed applications and interviews. Please refer to the schedule for the dates of the interview and times of interviews.
