Located approximately two blocks from the campus, the apartments are housed in one single building, on three floors, with ten apartments per floor. All units of the Capital University Apartments are non-smoking. Each of the 30 apartments, houses two residents in carpeted single bedrooms with individual bathrooms. The Capital University Apartments feature fully furnished and carpeted living rooms (sofa & chair), dining areas (dining table & chairs provided),and bedrooms (extra long mattress and bed frame, desk, desk chair, two drawer dresser, and bookshelf). Full kitchens (pots, pans, and dishes are not provided) including refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, balcony access (some apartments),and washer and dryer are provided. Blinds are provided for all windows. Meal plans are not available during the summer and phone lines are not provided. Each apartment has wireless internet access, cable TV access, and utilities are included. The building also features an elevator and a large common room with a kitchen and flat screen TV.
