Orientation Checklist

There are a few things you need to do before you get here for Orientation.

	Complete the Required Forms for Incoming Students. This includes your health and wellness forms, emergency contact form, and housing forms.
	Get Your IT Information in Order Before orientation, you need to retrieve your IT account information. We will send your PIN to the email account you provided during the admissions process, and then you can follow the user account retrieval process (PDF) to get your username, ID number, and temporary password. Make sure you immediately change your password once you're done. If you have questions you can call the Information Technology Help Desk at 614-236-6508.

	Check Out Your eBill (Starting in Mid-July) You’ll receive a notification via your Capital University email when your electronic billing statement is available. Statements are updated weekly.
