The Community Service and Student Programs office at Capital University will be sponsoring their annual Community Service Fair on Wednesday, August 31, 2011 from 11 am-2 pm. This event will bring together Capital students, faculty, staff and Central Ohio non-profit and human service organizations together to build relationships that will make Columbus an even better place for everyone.

Becoming a Partner

Capital is positioning itself to encourage students, faculty and staff to become more involved in community service both individually and academically. So far there have been five classes that have indicated they will be doing service learning requirement for class. This being said, please go to our website and complete the Community Service Partner Agencies form. This will allow us to put your information directly on our website so students can have instant access to your organization. By doing this, it lets us know that you are an active partner in Capital’s mission to develop service-minded students. Agencies that have completed the online form will be listed on the web and consider Active Partners. As an active partner you will get information distributed about your upcoming events, activities, and volunteer needs in our weekly newsletter.
