Application Process

To make your foreign study experience the best it can be, we’ll need you to do some paperwork. Get the Adobe Reader to access these PDFs.
 

1. Make an appointment with the Study Abroad office and take completed Worksheet #1 – Goal Statement (PDF).
2. Complete Worksheet #2 – Procedures List (PDF) to help you plan (for your own records, no need to submit.)
3. Worksheet #3 – Course Approval Form (PDF) is the most important form. You need to submit this to the Office of International Education by:
   • April 1 for Summer and Fall terms
   • November 1 for Spring term
     
     NOTE: The deadlines above are independent of any program application deadline.
    
4. Complete Worksheet #4 – Budget Worksheet (PDF) and take with you to your Financial Aid appointment. If your program costs change before departure, you’ll need to update this. Be sure you read and understand the Financial Aid Policy for Study Abroad.
